  1. Conducting a comprehensive initial discussion with our client to gain an in-depth understanding of the open position, the department, the company culture and objectives, and the type of individual who would thrive in the role.
  2. Developing a customized search strategy to identify the most qualified candidates and tapping our extensive network of existing candidates.
  3. Thoroughly screening candidates through personal interviews to assess their past, present, and future career experiences and goals, as well as their motivations, work-ethic and working-style.
  4. Presenting only the most highly qualified candidates to our client.
  5. Arranging formal interviews.
  6. Debriefing all parties after each step of the interview process to keep everyone informed of the status and interest levels.
  7. Conducting reference checks upon request.

How We Work

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, the following outlines our terms. Please take this into consideration when making your decision to partner with Only AP Solutions.

Contingent Search

We work on a contingency fee basis only. Clients are only charged if and when a candidate signs an offer of employment. There are no upfront costs and no hidden fees. And, in the off-chance we cannot fill a role, there are no 'out-of-pocket' expenses to be reimbursed for by you.

15% Placement Fee

As a fully remote agency, we operate much leaner than other recruitment firms and pass along the savings directly to our clients. We charge a fixed 15% placement fee of first year, total annual compensation for the roles we fill (vs. standard recruitment industry fees of 25-30%).

Placement Guarantee

We stand behind every candidate we place. If you are not completely satisfied with the individual you hire, we will find you a replacement at no additional charge.

Not Just-For-Profit

After every successful placement, we are committed to donating a portion of our fees to a charitable organization in Canada. It is a small way we can give back to our community and help those in need.
